Economic performance and customer satisfaction

APRR’s results underscore the network’s strong performance: despite challenging economic conditions, APRR reported revenue of €2,327.7 million in 2016, a 5.1% increase compared with 2015 (€2,213.8 million). Toll payments accounted for 97% of total revenue.

Customer satisfaction levels were also high. The number of motorists using APRR-AREA motorways continues to rise: traffic increased by 3.7% in 2016, compared with 2015. 

APRR Group plans to invest 720 million euros to carry out five large-scale operations. Moreover, these 720 million euros will be added to the 514 million euros of investment already launched for the 2014-2018 plan contracts.
