

The Group provides toll-collection solutions that combine conventional systems and electronic remote systems. It responds to customers' needs as regards real and virtual toll collection, and has helped design and install innovative remote systems abroad.
The Group is implementing an automation policy involving the use of remote toll-collection solutions and of automatic equipment. Half of its transactions are now automated, with more than 58,3% of those transaction made by remote collection. APRR is continuing with its remote-management programme for low-traffic plazas where manual collection is not a reasonable option, particularly at night. By end-2007, 66 plazas had been fully automated through the use of automatic terminals or remote-collection technology.
