Within our teams, we have more than 150 different professions, divided into 4 main families:

Safety, infrastructure and environment

Safety is a top priority for APRR. Maintaining an optimal level of safety requires constant monitoring of the motorway network and rapid intervention in the event of specific events such as accidents, breakdowns, snow or objects on the roads. This family of professions, which represents one-third of APRR’s workforce, also aims to secure working areas, check equipment condition and develop innovative solutions. The maintenance and modernisation of motorway infrastructures, including roadways, engineering structures and equipment, is also essential to offer travellers optimal comfort. These are the areas where the following professions work: our motorway safety officers, our infrastructure and project managers, our operators of operations and works, our PC (Command Post) operators, our motorway workers, workshop workers, our environment managers, engineering structures, traffic safety, and our works supervisors.
Engineering, maintenance and development of operational systems

Project manager, maintenance technician, network and telecommunications technician, electrical engineering technician, tunnel technician, refrigeration technician... the professionals in this category have roles relying on precision and responsiveness, and are equipped with expertise that is essential to the operational functioning and development of the network. Their mission consists in anticipating technical developments in telecommunications, tolls, traffic management and security equipment. They are also responsible for the maintenance and operation of dynamic traffic management systems, as well as the deployment of new technologies.
Customer relations

Customer relations professionals are responsible for customer satisfaction, by offering them services that meet their expectations. This includes the hospitality, information, assistance and entertainment at service areas. They are also responsible for managing customer accounts linked to electronic toll collection. Customer advisor (in customer areas, call centres or management centres), operator supervising toll stations, sales manager, quality maintenance agent, responsible for handling customer requests...our relationship with customers relies on a wide range of profiles and skills.
Management support role

The mission of the support and management roles to manage and support the operational teams on a daily basis. Heads of departments, districts, centres or agencies, business lines in the fields of management-finance, human resources, purchasing, quality, communication, legal and IT, operational team managers, etc. lead and manage the teams, and are responsible communicating information and objectives, as well as organising and monitoring activities. They also ensure that APRR employees have the opportunity to develop their skills and provide support.
